This 55 year old patient underwent a breast reduction surgery 35 years ago by another physician. The patient had recently noticed her breasts becoming larger again. She became unhappy with the fullness of her breasts and the resulting change in the fitting of her bra and clothing. Dr. Ghaderi recommended breast reduction by liposuction. She underwent tumescent liposuction to obtain a more comfortable contour. The patient’s height is 5’8″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 158lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size 38D(+). 650 cc’s of fat was removed from the each breast, giving the patient a 38D(-) postoperative bra size. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 year after surgery.
