This case features a patient who underwent breast reduction surgery 5 years ago. The patient was 35 years old at the time of her surgery. She had experienced back and neck pain since puberty as well as shoulder grooving. The patient’s height is 5’3″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 210lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 42DDD. 1139cc were removed from the right breast and 1331cc were removed from the left breast, giving the patient a 40D postoperative bra size. The after photos for this patient were taken 5 years from surgery.
