This is a 62 year old female, who had experienced back and neck pain since puberty as well as shoulder grooving. Do to her larger breast size she had to have a free nipple grafting which is uncommon in most cases. The patient’s height is 5’1″. The patient weighed 270lbs. This patient had a preoperative bra size of 50J. 9½lbs were removed from the right breast and 12lbs were removed from the left breast achieving a postoperative bra size of 44B. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 year after surgery.
The patient is able to an active life style since having surgery. During the summer months she spent time swimming in her pool. She has found a new joy for bicycle riding which she was unable to do prior to this surgery. She has also enjoyed a recent cruise with her husband and plans on living a more active life style from here on out.
