This 27 year old patient presented concerned about her breast size and the asymmetry of her breasts. She underwent breast augmentation surgery to provide fuller breasts and improved symmetry. The patient’s height is 5’5″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 132lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 34A. 300 cc right breast and 330 cc left breast, round, smooth surfaced, saline implants were used, giving the patient a 34C postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 7 months after surgery.
