This patient is 47 years old. The patient’s height is 5’4″. The patient lost 72lbs by dieting. The patient weighed 149lbs at the time of surgery. The patient underwent a breast augmentation with an inverted breast lift as well as a tummy tuck. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36D. 350 cc, round, smooth surfaced, silicone implants were used. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The excess skin and fatty tissue was removed from the abdominal area along with tightening of the abdominal muscle wall through a low incision. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 7 months after surgery.
