This 49-year-old female presented with concerns about the contour of her upper/outer thighs. She attempted diet and exercise but did not obtain any improvement in the area of concern. She underwent liposuction, removing 725 cc’s from the upper/outer thighs. The patient is satisfied with her improved contour. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after surgery.
