This is a 43 year old female who had been impaled by a fence post during a motor vehicle accident in 2000. She had suffered from extensive abdominal injuries, as well as extensive scarring in the lower portion of her abdomen. Dr. Ghaderi performed abdominoplasty for correction of the scar and contour deformity. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 6 weeks after surgery.
