This 35 year old female was having discomfort from her large breast size, which started at puberty and worsened after childbirth. She had difficulty with daily activities as well as exercise. The patient’s height is 5’5″. The patient weighed 210lbs and had a preoperative bra size of 42M. 1524 gm’s were removed from the right breast and 1450 gm’s were removed from the left breast. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 year after surgery.
