This 50-year-old female presented bothered about her large nipple size. The patient was also interested in a breast augmentation to provide a more proportionate appearance. She underwent nipple reduction surgery and breast augmentation to provide her with a more natural and proportionate appearance. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after surgery.
