This 37 year old patient presented concerned about the contour of her thigh and flank areas. She exercises regularly and maintains a good diet, but had areas of localized fatty deposits. She underwent tumescent liposuction to obtain a slimmer, more youthful contour. The patient’s height is 5’6”. 475 cc’s of fat was removed from the upper/outer thigh and flank areas. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 6 months after surgery.
