This 20 year old female was having discomfort from her large breast size, which started at puberty and resulted in back and neck pain. She had difficulty with daily activities as well as exercise and finding clothing. The patient’s height is 5’0″. The patient weighed 104lbs and had a preoperative bra size of 32DD. 472 gm’s were removed from the right breast and 462 gm’s were removed from the left breast. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 weeks after surgery.
