Approximately 12 years ago this patient had saline breast implants placed by another surgeon. She came to see Dr. Ghaderi after noticing a decrease in size in her right breast. Dr. Ghaderi confirmed that her right breast implant had deflated and the patient proceeded with bilateral implant replacement. She is 55 years old. The patient’s height is 5’9″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 165lbs. With implants, the patient had a preoperative bra size of 36C. 375 cc, round, smooth surfaced, saline implants were used, returning the patient to her 36C bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 weeks after surgery.
