This 58-year-old female had a breast reduction followed by gel implant placement approximately 18 years ago by another surgeon. She came to Dr. Ghaderi after noticing changes to her breasts in the past two years. She was diagnosed with bilateral ruptured implants as well as capsular contracture in both breasts. She proceeded with bilateral breast implant removal without replacement. She had a preoperative bra size of 34DD and a postoperative bra size of 34C. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 6 weeks after surgery.
