This 66 year old patient was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in a blunt trauma to her right forehead area. Subsequently, she had significant scarring and eyebrow asymmetry and right brow drooping. The drooping brow was affecting her field of vision. The patient underwent scar revision surgery as well as a right eyebrow lift.
