This 42 year old patient was concerned about her breast size. She underwent breast augmentation surgery to provide fuller breasts and a more youthful contour. The patient’s height is 5’9″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 120 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36A. 250 cc, round, smooth surfaced, saline implants were used, giving the patient a 36B postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 1 year and 4 years from surgery.
