his 36 year old female presented with concerns about the size and shape of her breasts. The patient underwent an inverted – T breast lift which improved the shape of her breast, and provided her with a more youthful and fuller appearance. The patient’s height is 5’7″. Before the procedure, the patient weighted 125lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 34D. The patient had a postoperative bra size of 34C. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 months after surgery.
