This 36 year old patient was concerned about her breast size. She underwent breast augmentation surgery to provide fuller breasts and a more youthful contour. The patient’s height is 5’4″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 126 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 34A. 350 cc, high profile, smooth surfaced, silicone implants were used, giving the patient a 34D postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 months from surgery.
