This 23-year-old patient was concerned about the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent breast augmentation and breast lift surgery to achieve fuller breasts and a more youthful contour. The patient’s height is 5’7″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 125 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36B. To obtain the desired results, 330 cc, round, smooth-surfaced, high-profile saline implants were used, giving the patient a 36C postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The patient also underwent a peri-areolar breast lift. The after photos were taken 6 weeks after surgery.
