This 30 year old patient was concerned about her breast size. She underwent breast augmentation surgery to provide fuller breasts and a more youthful contour. The patient’s height is 5’8″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 132 lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 34A. 400 cc, round, smooth surfaced, silicone implants were used, giving the patient a 34D postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 weeks from surgery.
