This 33-year-old patient was concerned about her breast shape and her abdominal contour after childbearing. Her height is 5’8″. The patient weighed 135 lbs. at the time of surgery. The patient underwent a “mommy makeover” with an inverted-T breast lift without implants as well as a tummy tuck. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36B and a postoperative bra size of 34C. The excess skin and fatty tissue was removed from the abdominal area and the abdominal muscles and wall were tightened through a low incision. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 12 months after surgery.
