This patient is 45 years old. The patient’s height is 5’2″. She underwent a breast augmentation in 2002 performed by Dr. Ghaderi. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 125lbs. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 36C. 250 cc, round, smooth surfaced, saline implants were used, giving the patient a 36D postoperative bra size. The implants were placed under the chest muscle. The photos shown were taken pre operative, 1 year after surgery, and 10 years after surgery.
