This is a 27 year old patient who underwent right breast implant replacement surgery. The patient’s height is 5’0″. Before the procedure, the patient weighed 107 lbs. She underwent breast augmentation in 2010 by another physician. The patient developed right breast capsular contracture. In 2011, Dr. Ghaderi replaced her previous implant with 325 cc’s smooth round saline implant, filled to 375 cc’s and was positioned under the chest muscle. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 weeks from surgery.
