This 37 year old female was having discomfort from her large breast size, which started at puberty and resulted in back and neck pain. She had difficulty with daily activities as well as exercise and finding clothing. The patient’s height is 5’0″. The patient weighed 109lbs and had a preoperative bra size of 34DDD. 396 gm’s were removed from the right breast and 417 gm’s were removed from the left breast. The after photos for this patient were taken 6 months after surgery.
