This is a 32-year-old woman who was concerned about her breast size and wanted to have a smaller, more lifted breast. She was also bothered by her abdominal contour after having two children.
Her height is 5’2″. The patient weighed 135lbs at the time of surgery. The patient underwent a breast reduction as well as a tummy tuck. The patient had a preoperative bra size of 30JJ. 448gm’s were removed from the right breast, and 663gm’s were removed from the left breast, giving the patient a 32E post operative bra size. The excess skin and fatty tissue was removed from the abdominal area along with tightening of the abdominal muscle wall through a low incision. The after photos for this patient were taken approximately 1 year after surgery.
