“I was foolish and at our initial consultation Dr. Ghaderi didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. 3 weeks later we spoke again and I paid and was put on the schedule. He held no grudge and reminded me that if I wasn’t comfortable then it wasn’t the right time. His skill, with a scalpel is artistry in motion, his bedside manner is top notch. He is one of those doctors that are either in scrubs in the hospital or in a suit in the office, aka always on. My surgery was a few days before his family vacation. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case anything was wrong or if I just had questions. He may be a plastic surgeon, but he is dedicated, experienced and I was incredibly comfortable around him.
As for the support staff, Dale is awesome, always accommodating the best she can, and goes above and beyond every time I’ve called. Gabrielle and Monica are friendly and totally awesome and they take care of scheduling and other office duties. They take the time to get to know you on a personal level and I have never felt like “just a patient” .
My all around experience has been above expectation, from top to bottom and I cannot say enough good things.”
